This is also the season families forget the fastest. Not because it isn’t important, but because nothing big is happening.
No milestones. No announcements. Just real life quietly moving forward while no one’s looking.
And then one day you realize the baby face is gone. That word your toddler used to say in the funniest, most wrong way?
Yeah… they don’t say it like that anymore. (Cue the tiny heartbreak). 😢
